1. Overview

The Faculty of Pharmacology offers an innovative undergraduate pharmacy curriculum that integrates foundational knowledge in the biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences with applied skills in the clinical, behavioral and social sciences to prepare our graduates to serve as medication therapy experts. Students entering the Pharmacology program at Nam Can Tho University will take theory courses and participate in practical training with laboratory practice and extra-curricular activities and field trips that help enrich professional knowledge and skills of students. The goal is for the graduates to be well prepared and ready for a wide range of jobs. These include basic or applied biological and clinical research in universities and other institutions, drug development in the pharmaceutical industry, management and consultancy as well as work in the financial sector.
